I'm probably a nail technician's worst nightmare. Not only do I have overly sensitive nails, my nature nails are weak and brittle. I also have to wash my hands over 15 times a day because of my work. On top of that, I go boxing 3-4 times a week.
I've returned to the salon with broken nails. Each time explaining I'm very rough with my nails. Every time they repair the cracked acrylic at no charge.
Tiffany and Mia are incredibly gentle and friendly. Both technicians take their time. I never felt like they were rushing to get to the next client. I recently had the owner work on my nails and she advised me on how to take care of my nails. She also helped me pick out the most perfect red to match my skin tone.
Reasonable prices and excellent service.
The photos are 5 weeks of growth. No chipping or lifting.

Wow. Came back again a few weeks ago and have to take a few stars off my original review. I asked for another acrylic set and the technician tried to charge me extra $10 for cuticle trimming and extra $10 for trimming my natural nails before applying gel powder?? At the end of it, she did the acrylic nails on my natural nails without preparing my natural nails at all (no trimming, cleaning, cuticle removal, etc). Such a scam. Last time everything was included in the price and the nail tech did not skip any steps. This time was so different that I had to check that I came back to the same salon. Disappointed.

Loyal customer of Tracy (owner) for 10 years. Brought multiple customers that are now regulars. I missed an few appointments as I was hospitalized. They decided to block my phone number? I was very concerned that something bad had happened, worried I also reached out over instagram. No response. I feel like this is an unusually unprofessional reaction. I would have hoped for a call or any communication. But when I finally drove there, they did not care to rectify. Great talent, just never make a mistake. I would recommend any other place that respects their customers. Quite a let down. :(
I don't get my nails done very often, but when I do I always come here! Everyone is super friendly and they have really skilled artists that always do amazing work. They take their time and always make sure that I'm happy before I leave.
I definitely don't take great care of my nails - I usually have them cut short and don't manicure them, but the staff at crafty always take really good care of them and get them right back on track.

My nail technician did a fantastic job on my nails. I had them done for my wedding so I was particular about the length, shape, and colour. It was my first time having artificial nails as well, so I was a bit unsure about what to ask for initially. The nail tech took a lot of care in making sure they look perfect. I could see that she takes a lot of pride in her work. I couldn't be happier with the result. Thanks Crafty Nails!
I have been coming here for almost 3 years, and everytime I come in I am welcomed by all the staff and sat in a chair within seconds of walking in. All the staff are thorough and take their time in giving me a fresh shellac manicure. This is huge for me when finding a nail salon, nothing worse than coming in and being rushed out or having the staff distracted, but that is not the case here! It can be busy at times but overall pretty quiet! One thing I will note, and this is more feedback than anything, I don’t really like that they don’t advertise their prices, everytime I go I feel like the price slightly increases from the time before. From what I understand, the standard price for a shellac manicure there is $35 but sometimes it costs $48, so I’m not sure where the additional charge is coming from!
I haven't had a manicure or pedicure in probably over 5 years now...and Hannah and Tiffany were so kind and patient with me. I have some complications with my nail beds; they listened to my concerns and were very gentle.
I'm very happy with the service here.
Tiffany!!! Best nail tech I’ve ever met. She is so sweet, gentle, and pays attention to every detail. I almost fell asleep I was so relaxed. By far the best acrylic nail set I’ve ever gotten. Everyone else was super welcoming and nice as well. Definitely coming back here again :)
